Do you ever feel like you’re falling apart? You just don’t have it all together? I think most of us have felt that way some time or another. Maybe you feel that way all the time. Maybe you feel that way right now.
Let me give you some hope. Some of you may have heard this concept before, but I think it is a good reminder for us all. If you haven’t heard of it, well, you’re in for a treat!
In Colossians 1 we read (talking about Jesus), 15 He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. 16 For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things were created through him and for him. 17 And he is before all things, and in him all things hold together.
Check out that last part of verse 17. In Jesus all things hold together. He is holding us together!
There is a compound in every cell in every organ and every part of our bodies called laminin. It is used to hold the cells in our bodies together. If you look at laminin under a microscope, guess what you’ll see.
You’ll see this picture! Look at it’s shape! And people say there is no God! He is everywhere, if only we’ll look and see!
