Often, I find myself asking why when it comes to some things of God. I am thankful I am not in control; however, I wonder why He does things.
For instance why did He set a tree in the middle of the Garden of Eden for Adam and Eve to see everyday but not be able to touch or eat?
Of course they eventually succumbed to that temptation which opened their eyes to their naked vulnerability.
So many times we are faced with temptations right in front of us. God could take them away just like He could have removed that tree or not put it there in the first place.
But if He did that, we would not have a choice. Our choice to choose Him. To make Him most important in our lives.
The choice is ours. He will not push Himself upon us. We come to the realization that we are naked and need Him to cloth us like He did Adam and Eve.
I wonder if the clothes He made them were comfortable or ever wore out?
